I don’t think anyone would be surprised when I say I liked “You Need To Be A Little Crazy“. There are lots of business books out of there and this one caught me at the right time. I was trying to make the decision as to whether I was going to continue with my family’s business. The aspect that struck me was its reality based viewpoint. I think one reviewer called it – “the warts and all approach”. Barry says sometimes people hand on too long before they realize the situation isn’t going to change. That was the push I needed.
