What is the definition of a public “recognition program”?
I took it to mean public relations. Are you recognized as an industry expert? Are you speaking at conferences? Are you being quoted in the media?

I took it the same way: Authoring articles/books, BLOGGING :-), being quoted, speaking, etc.

I took it the same way, but the quotes being around “recognition program” instead of the whole thing gave me pause to ask. If he’d said public “brand recognition” program, it would have made perfect sense.
